1. One thing I'd really like to see is that they settle on a name- badoo, hot or not chat and date-- pick one! I also hate when my settings for searches suddenly change! Then all of a sudden (I live in central Massachusetts) I'm getting responses from New York and New Jersey! That wastes a lot of my time! I can find where to adjust the settings , but I cannot find a place that will lock the settings as you're suggesting.While it's a normal dating app like any other.

But of course they got rid of that too the other day 🙄I know that this is created by the same company, Badoo, but please, we only need one Badoo and not a complete duplicate, especially with an unpleasant experience such as this; No way to add a location filter on the swipe section, and a location filter that doesn't even work on the explore section.

I'd like to move my most recent photos to the front of my profile, but don't want to delete awesome photos of myself I don't have anymore to make that a reality.I just reinstalled this on my galaxy s7, it is the laggiest and slowest app I have ever used I don't know what is wrong with it but I have tried reinstalling it and it is still so laggy and slow its unusable.

4. It's not too big a deal though.I really do like the app a lot, I even met my ex through the app, but the one thing that I would change is having a filter for how far away people are in encounters so you aren't wasting your time trying to find people close to you.

1. Fix Chat & Date Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Chat & Date: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Chat & Date App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Chat & Date" » Open Chat & Date: Dating Made Simpl » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Chat & Date » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Chat & Date: Dating Made Simpl app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Chat & Date servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Chat & Date: Dating Made Simpl" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Chat & Date app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Chat & Date might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Chat & Date. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Chat & Date then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Chat & Date not working

2. Fix Chat & Date Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Chat & Date be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Chat & Date not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Chat & Date may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
