1. Customer service is worthless as I've contacted them about three or four times to get this fixed and they have not responded.Overall, the format and style of the app is much better than other dating apps out there, however I wasn’t getting many matches when I first downloaded it.
2. So I fixed up my profile; chose newer, more flattering pictures of myself, utilized the wide range of prompts available within the app, and extended my match distance.
3. Needs to be fixed asap.Firstly, the app requires constant restarts when messages don't send, pictures don't post, or buttons don't work.
4. It’s well thought out and let’s you choose from a good choice of prompted questions and examples of answers for your profile.
5. Send" in the app, repeatedly, I keep getting "Internal Error" messages (and same error if I try to sign up as a new account).
6. Secondly, it's not worth restarting because once you get a connection there's a 95% probability that the individual is fake or selling NSFW content (of course always through another messaging channel).
7. So when the location identifier says my match lives in “Downtown,” that could be any number of the cities I mentioned.
8. Then suddenly the connections feature shut down and I can't contact any of the girls who expressed an interest in me, and I get the upgrade screen asking for money.
9. Or it will give a random neighborhood name for a city and I have no idea if that’s down the street or fifty miles away.
10. In a big city with a small radius for searches, the neighborhood location probably works great.
11. Doesn't show cities, distsaces or ages, all vital in selecting a potential mate.
