1. I have been using the app for nearly 2 months and only have matched with one person, and she was far away, so I think the matches need improving.but overall it's different and gives you a match a day, and you can only text if you match which is a good thing, instead of sometimes unecessary texting.Once seems like a good idea for an app but it is sorely lacking in people to match up with.

Can't change my location: "use my location" doesn't update, even though I gave the app the correct permissions, and "chose location myself" can't be submitted, since there is no button to do so, and tapping the arrow in the top left corner automatically brings me back to swiping people from another country... Incompetent developers.

3. Notably too there is no option to limit how far away people are for being matched too you - other such preference features are also not available.Bugs, bugs, bugs.

4. In short, most user stories are broken.It's a good app, but like every other app, to get more of something, you need to pay a subscription, or but credits.

5. The app promises opportunities of connections, but you're rating people based on 1 pic only and no context? Also, the user base feels rather small, but I have no way to tell for sure.

6. The one problem I've had is that I seem to exclusively see French and German people, both in the daily matches and the rating page.

7. Then, there's other ways to send/receive likes... But to send or accept these, you need to pay (extra! Not included in the monthly subscription).

1. Fix Once Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Once: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Once App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Once" » Open Once - Quality dating for sing » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Once » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Once - Quality dating for sing app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Once servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Once - Quality dating for sing" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Once app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Once might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Once. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Once then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Once not working

2. Fix Once Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Once be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Once not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Once may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
