Why should I report an Issue with Galaxy - Chat Rooms & Games?

1. You have to exit private massages for the new ones to show, the shop Is kind of difficult to use with a page number system and tiny numbers making it difficult to look through the items which also look like complete garbage, most of the people seem to be from foreign countries so expect a lot of creepy dudes if you're a girl.

2. You can only upload personal photos or photos of people, nothing else (not fully sure if it's just for the match thing or not) it also makes you fill out ALL personal location information to be able to fully fill out your page, there is no skip option.

3. They change the rules when ever they feel like they are not making more money.... This app barely has free things and it boring without money ...now you can't trade free gifts to get better ones the app sucks because everytime they make it more expensiveI don't know why but I cannot get the notifications to shut off.

Super annoying to have this going off every two seconds each time I get another message from someone in a foreign country (approximately every two seconds).Pictures are misleading, app is a joke, don't waste your time you have downloading this.. What ever it isBeen there in 2013-14 and now I'm getting back in 2019.

5. There used to be a free way to earn credits in the app by watching ads and such, but now you need to top up once every other week to even do that? That's a little silly, I get youre trying to coutneract bots or whatever but advertising that as "free" is just gross.By far the best chat app I've tried, and I've pretty much tried them all.

6. But one thing I would love to see is a calling or voice message feature - that would be a great addition to an already wonderful app.It's not the worst, but with all the purchases they try to shove down your throat it's obnoxious to deal with.

7. First it shows yyiu you the send option for gift but when you press the send option then the reality is Top up your account for that gift.

8. I can't TopUp and it's the only way I want to do so.We want same app with new features or playing and have easy to raise idI've been using the Galaxy app for the last 9 years.

9. You pick ridiculous looking heads and bodies and stick them together, every option for the female body type is pretty much a bombshell as well.

10. The app needs a new layout and a brand new way of more modern UI to compete with many modern games or apps.

11. It has a really unique approach with the planets and avatars, plus there are games, gifts, lotteries, and pets.

1. Fix Galaxy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Galaxy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Galaxy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Galaxy" » Open Galaxy - Chat Rooms & Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Galaxy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Galaxy - Chat Rooms & Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Galaxy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Galaxy - Chat Rooms & Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Galaxy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Galaxy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Galaxy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Galaxy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Galaxy not working

2. Fix Galaxy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Galaxy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Galaxy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Galaxy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
