Why should I report an Issue with Eden: Christian Dating App?

1. Position can't be placed manually (even with premium), every few swipes the profile queue reloads and is sometimes glitched (pictures not loading), and since this claimes to be a christian dating app: a bit more information should be mandatory to be filled (denomination, maybe the reason to be christian, etc.) out on the profile as well as a minimum amount of pictures.

2. it could be an option in the future to be able to view more profile pictures, be able to leave a voice note, or short video about my section and pretty much more options to mix and mingle anyways I'm sure the application creators or already working on this and a few things.I haven't got any results out of it yet, but the app is soliciting a rating.

3. Stupid radius search, not taking into account country borders, and what's astounding, starting at a minimum 124 miles (also they haven't heard of kilometers, as an alternative).

4. Speaking of pictures scrolling through the profile is designed in a very inconvenient way.It's been several days since I've been able to open this app.

5. The shortest distance is showing me people in freaking Canada! Nothing is in miles for driving time or in feet for height.

6. Shows people from Philippines even though radius set to Northern England.I am a beta tester.

7. No way to set the distance to 20 miles which is about the most people would want to drive.

8. I've tried going to their website as well, and I only get error messages.Sadly not enough people.

9. Pictures are very difficult to upload, the technical rules are not being presented.

10. This time though, it's telling me ai need to sign into my google account.

1. Fix Eden Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Eden: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Eden App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Eden" » Open Eden: Christian Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Eden » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Eden: Christian Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Eden servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eden: Christian Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Eden app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eden might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Eden. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eden then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Eden not working

2. Fix Eden Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Eden be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Eden not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Eden may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
