In that way you remove the bad ones and allow people to use hitwe in peace without being scammed.App worked fine for 4 days after installation.Then in the middle of a chat prompts me to validate my account by sms .I type in my mobile number and they never send any code.Afterwards it just crashes ....and i cant launch or log in again.I see from the other comments that its full of issues but the creates don't care to fix .

2. Still I have a lots of issues with it! Too much fake profiles and lots of naked photo as profile photos which is very bad.. After blocking a person, that same person will still be able to send you a like, why? Most guys here just displaying their nakedness and am tired of blocking the same person again and again.. Let the developer please include video chat and more to this platform.. And more upgrades.

1. Restart Hitwe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hitwe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hitwe" » Open Hitwe - meet people and chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hitwe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hitwe - meet people and chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hitwe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hitwe - meet people and chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hitwe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hitwe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hitwe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hitwe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hitwe not working

2. Fix Hitwe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hitwe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hitwe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hitwe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
