Why should I report an Issue with Hitwe - meet people and chat?

In that way you remove the bad ones and allow people to use hitwe in peace without being scammed.App worked fine for 4 days after installation.Then in the middle of a chat prompts me to validate my account by sms .I type in my mobile number and they never send any code.Afterwards it just crashes ....and i cant launch or log in again.I see from the other comments that its full of issues but the creates don't care to fix .

2. Still I have a lots of issues with it! Too much fake profiles and lots of naked photo as profile photos which is very bad.. After blocking a person, that same person will still be able to send you a like, why? Most guys here just displaying their nakedness and am tired of blocking the same person again and again.. Let the developer please include video chat and more to this platform.. And more upgrades.

3. Obviously someone managed to use the piece of trash.Cheer 💘 anyone tested this app? Why there is such a problem with a bunch of ads and a lot of bots? 😓 App is not very interesting, as far as I caught, this is just a unfinished copy of the popular site likevirt ⚫️ com , only likevirt has a bunch of real profiles , bonuses for newbies and also there is weight gifts 💝🔝.

4. I've been doing that for about a week now and I still receive that number of annoying messages every day.I like this site.

5. This is really annoying.If deleting 50 to 100 (or more) messages per day from fake users is your idea of a great kill-time, you should definitely download this.

6. Just for the interest register, see the profiles, photos! If you appreciated keep liking it! 👍💪A lot of FAKE/SCAM PROFILES on your app, very annoying and disgusting.

7. App crashes every time you try to enter because some pop-up screen about growing a pet appears (an app feature that feels like it has zero to do with the rest of the app and its target audience).

8. Its too far gone.I used to use this app, not as nice as advertised but it was manageable, slightly boring, but then I had to uninstall and reinstall only to meet this new error message saying "app not set up" whenever I try to sign in with Facebook.

9. every single person I've talked to is fake asking for me to go to google hangouts.

1. Fix Hitwe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hitwe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hitwe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hitwe" » Open Hitwe - meet people and chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hitwe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hitwe - meet people and chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hitwe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hitwe - meet people and chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hitwe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hitwe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hitwe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hitwe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hitwe not working

2. Fix Hitwe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hitwe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hitwe not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hitwe may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
