1. I understand the necessity of ads, but there is a point of over doing it just to force us to buy the subscription.Thank you for your feedback! Advertising allows us to line our buckets while we neglect basic features, like showing descriptions while swiping and refuse to change the age range, all while showing you more than ten times the advertisement of Bumble and Tinder with nothing to show for it! If an app behaved this way on my PC, it would be a virus.This app was ok at most because its constant ads literally on everything you do, but now its even worse i finally found someone i was starting to like and they are in a whole different state, but it says they're from the same city as me it makes no sense this is a major problem with your app that needs to be fixed.

2. Also, your pics have to be approved before being added to your page and some of mine were denied cus supposedly they were "not real"....??? Like what?? I've never deleted an app so fast.I was talking to a nice girl but only had 1 pic found out the hard way that she was a bot! Then txt another w/ 3pics had nice time, then app suddenly doesn't let me see what she said back, only notifications on list!! Subscription doesn't do anything to fix that problem! I thought for once, I finally found the right app.

On top of that! it's filled with fake profiles.This up is OK but the advertising and stuff is too much,,even if you respond to a friend message the app will rather take you back to more than 3 advert before you can come and continuing with the person which is too boring, I think you can do better,,, Or if its there for advertising let me know that's my opinion,,,again its very slow,,,more improvement I Don think only credit that move you to VIP there's so many options mobile banking and stuff.... I know the app is not for free tho 😕Completely unenjoyable.

4. Almost everytime you click something you are hit by multiple adds that can't be skipped, it's completely unusable, uncertainty don't plan on paying to remove them as soon install the all without trying it.

5. I would recommend this app if you want to spend the entire time using it sifting through addsTo many ads.

7. Please fix this people shouldn't say there in the same city as you, but in a different state.The worst app I have ever used.

1. Restart Dating and Chat: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dating and Chat App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dating and Chat" » Open Dating and Chat - SweetMeet » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dating and Chat » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dating and Chat - SweetMeet app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dating and Chat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dating and Chat - SweetMeet" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dating and Chat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dating and Chat might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dating and Chat. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dating and Chat then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dating and Chat not working

2. Fix Dating and Chat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dating and Chat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dating and Chat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dating and Chat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
