Why should I report an Issue with Recurlog - Recurring tasks?

1. It's hard to find a good app that regenerates tasks based on when you last completed them (as opposed to just repeating on a fixed schedule like most other apps), and this one does exactly what I need without being overly complicated! Sorry to see there hasn't been an update recently, so hopefully it'll remain compatible with future Android versions going forward.This is a great app for recurrent tasks! Very useful for myself who constantly gets lost in weekly chores but doesn't have the attention span to individually schedule each task manually all over again for the next week.

2. I'd love to see a couple of features in the future: - Being able to add non-recurring tasks WITH a due date (can only do so without at the moment) - A calendar both for the scheduling interface and the overview screen, to help visualize the next week, month, etc.Great app! This is exactly what I needed.

3. I wish that I could add additional tasks and when I categorize it as "morning tasks," it would group together in the "all task view." & Add non-recurring task feature!Brilliant app that always felt like something was missing, and now I know.

1. Fix Recurlog Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Recurlog: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Recurlog App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Recurlog" » Open Recurlog - Recurring tasks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Recurlog » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Recurlog - Recurring tasks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Recurlog servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Recurlog - Recurring tasks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Recurlog app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Recurlog might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Recurlog. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Recurlog then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Recurlog not working

2. Fix Recurlog Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Recurlog be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Recurlog not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Recurlog may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
