It was the best survey app i'd tried at first, but now there's lots of bugs with linking your web access (it keeps turning off in the app or saying its off and its not), and you often complete long surveys only to be told it's full, or you are denied, and aren't rewarded.

1. Fix Survey Junkie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Survey Junkie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Survey Junkie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Survey Junkie" » Open Survey Junkie » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Survey Junkie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Survey Junkie app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Survey Junkie servers.
