Good Novel customer support has not answered any of my emails, regarding loss of books due to app malfunction. I have contacted them multiple times, through the app and direct email. Lost 13 books and over 200 coins.

This is the story. I made an account in GoodNovel. I am an underrated author, but one day I don't know what happened my account in GoodNovel automatically signed out. I didn't click anything. I tried several times to open it but i failed. I emailed the contact of GoodNovel for the request of deletion of my account. They emailed me back, i said i want to delete it permanently because i made a new account. They said in their last email. My previous account was not log in by my email but (not totally connected) and I don't have password. So i try to log in using continue with google account and viola i opened it. But, i noticed that my id number was changed. YES IT IS. The story i published on my previous account I can't find it in my account to edit or add chapters. But if i searched it, it is pop up.

In my second which is my new account that i made when the times i don't have a chance to open it anymore. I re-published my story from my previous account to new account. Because that is the purpose of my new account. To re-published and continue publishing the chapters.

Here is my request. Please i need an asap assistance for this. I know there's a lot of complaints but i hope you give this a chance immediately.

So I let my niece borrow my phone for a while because I didn't need it and she needed one for I little to keep in contact with her mom. I forgot to take off my card from Google play. Well I just picked up my phone and was going through it and she has spent close to $150 on a book. I can't afford to loose money like that just for a book. She payed in small purchases through out the month, idk if she did it so I wouldn't know or not. But since covid my living situation is not that good. I have pain in excess of $65 USD to read a book. Why must I read it at the rate of 30 minutes per day? When I buy a suit of clothes 8 get to take the whole thing home with me. I have never spent $65 on a book. Your company is unethical. You deserve to rot in Hell! I would like a full refund now.
