Bonjour une fois de plus, je tenais à préciser à la suite de mon premier mail que Le service digital de ma banque montre que ma carte est active et fonctionnelle. Cependant, depuis le 6 octobre, mon compte GoodNovel est marqué comme fermé, alors que je continuais de lire un livre sur votre plateforme. Je me demande si j’ai atteint un quota ou une limite quelconque.. Je ne peux plus faire d'achats en ligne et je suis désemparée.

Je suis utilisateur de GoodNovel sous le nom d’utilisateur Danielle ABOUGOU et j’utilise l’adresse email amariedanielle.mda@redacted pour me connecter à mon compte.

Je rencontre actuellement un problème avec mon mode de paiement. Ma carte Visa se terminant par 5083 est marquée comme “compte fermé” dans l’application, bien que la carte soit valide jusqu’en 2027. J’ai toujours utilisé cette carte pour acheter des livres sur GoodNovel sans aucun problème jusqu’à récemment.J’ai essayé de supprimer et de réajouter la carte, ainsi que de réinstaller l’application, mais le problème persiste. Je n’ai pas reçu de notifications ou d’emails concernant ce problème, même après avoir vérifié mes dossiers de spam.

Pourriez-vous m’aider à résoudre ce problème afin que je puisse continuer à utiliser votre service sans interruption ? Si vous avez besoin de plus d’informations, n’hésitez pas à me le faire savoir.

I recently discovered Good Novel through a Facebook ad, I clicked on a link and was brought to a website to continue reading the sample and once I got to the end of the sample there were two buttons- a small link that stated “all chapters are free” and a larger one that said “continue reading”. I clicked on the smaller link thinking that since I would be new to the app I was getting a small welcome bonus of getting this particular novel completely unlocked. That’s not the case. When you advertise something like “all chapters free” I don’t anticipate that I’m going to have to buy coins and earn bonuses to continue reading a book I’m very much interested in completing!!

I have been reading "The Charismatic Charlie Wade" using the GoodNovel App. I have spent more money reading this book than I have ever paid for a book in my life.... I have just been addicted to this story. However, my problem is that many of the chapters seem to have an error in the margins, which extend outside of the viewing area of my screen. Even when I shrink the text to as small as possible, many sentences are just incomplete and makes it nearly impossible to comprehend exactly what is happening. As an example, I am in Chapter 2471. Several of the chapters before this and after have some lines of text that extend past the right side of my viewing area. Apparently the app does not allow me to rotate the screen so I can at least pick up more of the missing words.

If this continues, I am just going to give up reading this book which I am only about 48% finished reading, because I am beginning to feel lost. Is this an issue the author must fix or GoodNovel. Please let me know. I've easily spent over $100 so far.
