I have been reading When He Woke Up and was 63% complete. This morning I decided to read for a little while and when I opened the book I was at page 1 chapter 1. I recently discovered Good Novel through a Facebook ad, I clicked on a link and was brought to a website to continue reading the sample and once I got to the end of the sample there were two buttons- a small link that stated “all chapters are free” and a larger one that said “continue reading”. I clicked on the smaller link thinking that since I would be new to the app I was getting a small welcome bonus of getting this particular novel completely unlocked. That’s not the case. When you advertise something like “all chapters free” I don’t anticipate that I’m going to have to buy coins and earn bonuses to continue reading a book I’m very much interested in completing!!

I have been reading "The Charismatic Charlie Wade" using the GoodNovel App. I have spent more money reading this book than I have ever paid for a book in my life.... I have just been addicted to this story. However, my problem is that many of the chapters seem to have an error in the margins, which extend outside of the viewing area of my screen. Even when I shrink the text to as small as possible, many sentences are just incomplete and makes it nearly impossible to comprehend exactly what is happening. As an example, I am in Chapter 2471. Several of the chapters before this and after have some lines of text that extend past the right side of my viewing area. Apparently the app does not allow me to rotate the screen so I can at least pick up more of the missing words.

If this continues, I am just going to give up reading this book which I am only about 48% finished reading, because I am beginning to feel lost. Is this an issue the author must fix or GoodNovel. Please let me know. I've easily spent over $100 so far.

I started reading novel When His Eyes Opened for free and now I have been charged almost $45 and I am only half way through the book. Not only that, every time I go to the App another book starts that I did not order but feel quite sure that I am being charged for it.
