Frankly, I can't not recommend an app any more than this; this has nothing to do with the ads, mind you, solely relative to the actual data supplied to the users, which is awful.I find this app useless - every time a word definition comes on a (dictionary?) advert jumps up and fills the screen then getting rid of it sends you back to the home screen.Does not offer pronunciations, Antonyms or Synonyms along with $25.00 purchase and still solicit's for upgrade when already purchased and free apt version uninstalled.

2. 👎I can't even look up a word without the "switch to premium" add popping up Every.Single.Time. And when you try to get out of the ad, it boots you from the whole app.

3. I was trying to use it to just look at words to expand my song writing vocabulary, and scrolling through pages will get you an ad about every 10 seconds!!!!!! Or less!!!Its just a limited time trial.

4. I am not clear on wether it's going to cost me any $ at any time.

5. The app I read in Google Play Store didn't mention any cost other than " In App.

6. As far as I can determine after 10 minutes of poking around, it does not function as a thesaurus.

7. Useless unless you're going to pay for it, which I won't when google is free.

8. Pretty uppity when I can get better results just typing the word into Google.

9. IDK who would ever pay for this.Annoying. Try to look up a word and there's an ad for premium app, try to exit ad, and it exits the entire app.

1. Fix Webster's English & Thesaurus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Webster's English & Thesaurus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Webster's English & Thesaurus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Webster's English & Thesaurus" » Open Webster's English & Thesaurus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Webster's English & Thesaurus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Webster's English & Thesaurus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Webster's English & Thesaurus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Webster's English & Thesaurus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Webster's English & Thesaurus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Webster's English & Thesaurus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Webster's English & Thesaurus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Webster's English & Thesaurus then reinstall.
