1. Please use the feedback option within the settings in case you have some question, problem or suggestion on the Plants Quiz.

2. Use the filter symbol within the titelbar to filter plants either by favorites or by similar ones.

3. More than 5000 plants are waiting to be discovered by the botany expert and plant-lover.

4. Choose the correct plant name out of four choices.

5. Use 50:50 to reduce from four to two choices or take a joker to skip a question.

6. There you can also set filter on a certain plant class.

7. At the end of your knowledge question and answer session you will be evaluated.

8. By deactivating the expert mode the questions are a bit easier (but still they are challenging! ).

9. Select number of questions in preferences menu.

10. You can activate high image resolution within the settings menu.

11. Searching for a specific plant is also possible.

1. Fix Plants Quiz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Plants Quiz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Plants Quiz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Plants Quiz" » Open Plants Quiz - for botanists » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Plants Quiz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Plants Quiz - for botanists app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Plants Quiz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Plants Quiz - for botanists" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Plants Quiz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Plants Quiz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Plants Quiz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Plants Quiz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Plants Quiz not working

2. Fix Plants Quiz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Plants Quiz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Plants Quiz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Plants Quiz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
