Why should I report an Issue with Simple Flashcards Plus?

1. Improvements that I hope to see in the future include: marking cards to get added to a review card set (so you don't have to sift through a large set when most of the cards are learned), and the ability to move or copy cards to a different flash card set.

2. There's the option to Browse the cards that you've made (which is flipping through just like physical flashcards) as well as a quiz mode which has options of writing the definition as well as multiple choice selection.

3. I create multiple choice cards with the answer on the flip side, so I can't use "multiple choice/quiz" option which I can see as being helpful.

4. Just add a term and a definition for each card; and even an image can be added to that card! There's no limit to how many cards can be stored, and they can be organized in to their own category.

5. My main complaint relates to having pictures on flash cards, it seems like they are constrained to have a certain height, so tall pictures are scaled down significantly.

6. It has a shuffle order which is awesome!! There's a learn option that you can remove the cards or keep them in the deck.

7. The other thing is that I thought that you could add pictures to the flashcards, but it transcribes the text instead, which is helpful, but adding pictures would be a nice addition in a future update if possible.

8. My flash cards are just pictures and I would like if the image could be as large as possible.

9. (wink wink, nudge nudge) *cough* Windows 10 *cough*Six stars! I just wanted a simple app to create flashcards that would associate one word with another word.

10. Update: So easy to create cards on one device and transfer to another.

11. Why split the Learn and Edit to two places? It's very inconvenient when during "Browse", saw sth that you want to modify but can't, had to write it down, finish the Browse, exit, go into edit manual, look up the word need to be modified and then edit it.

1. Fix Simple Flashcards Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simple Flashcards Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simple Flashcards Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Flashcards Plus" » Open Simple Flashcards Plus » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Flashcards Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Flashcards Plus app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Flashcards Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Flashcards Plus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simple Flashcards Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Flashcards Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Flashcards Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Flashcards Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simple Flashcards Plus not working

2. Fix Simple Flashcards Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Flashcards Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simple Flashcards Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simple Flashcards Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
