2. Thank you.Horrible experience, the instructions were difficult to understand and the picture sometimes apear confusing, not good if your a begginer or find paper folding confusing.

3. Thanks But No Thanks.About 25% of the instructions are in Japanese and many of them skip steps, for example the paper crane one gets about 60% of the way through the process then has and extremely confusibg diagram switches 5-6 steps and says done.

4. Says things like "pocket fold" and other oragami terminology but nowhere in the app does it explain the terminology.

5. Difficulty in following steps because in each and every step its written either fold along the dotted line or fold along the creese.

1. Fix Origami Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Origami: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Origami App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Origami" » Open Origami - Simple Paper Folding » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Origami » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Origami - Simple Paper Folding app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Origami servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Origami - Simple Paper Folding" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Origami app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Origami might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Origami. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Origami then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Origami not working

2. Fix Origami Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Origami be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Origami not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Origami may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
