1. immediate uninstall! pity I can't give 0 starsNice app, I like it and really want to appreciate you guys for doing this job 👍 but you have to fix little issues like i want to set "Azaan7.mp3" which is Saudia Arab's azaan but unfortunately it's not complete and stops after first fourth Allah-o-akber.

2. Every thing requires to be done online now and the app keeps on crashing either every 10 seconds or everytime i select any option.The in-app prayer times are correct, but the widgets are totally off.

3. After opening this app, it tells me to tap the location button but it does not open after taping .I would be really grateful if you could help me by fixing this problem.

4. I recommend to install this.doesn't even recognize where I am automatically, refuses to let me input ot manually and on top of that has one of the prayer timings wrong!!! Absolutely useless.

5. Thanks for the experience though, I'll just look for other apps.This is one of the wonderful app I've ever used, it has qibla direction, quran and 7 different Athan tone on it.

6. The alarm I believe is the most important part in this app, but is not working only showing notification.

1. Fix Prayer Times Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Prayer Times: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Prayer Times App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Prayer Times" » Open Prayer Times - Qibla, Quran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Prayer Times » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Prayer Times - Qibla, Quran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Prayer Times servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Prayer Times - Qibla, Quran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Prayer Times app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Prayer Times might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Prayer Times. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Prayer Times then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Prayer Times not working

2. Fix Prayer Times Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Prayer Times be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Prayer Times not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Prayer Times may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
