Why should I report an Issue with Lil Muslim - Arabic for Kids?

1. More like allowing to recognise the alphabets first.This would have been a nice app if it was created without all musical sounds, muslim kids donot want to learn musical sounds.Nonsense App.

2. Couple of unfulfilled requirements.. The girl asks, "where is Alif" and while music volume needs to be made DYNAMIC and the game format too, please boost volume of "Alif" and other alphabets and please make some innovations too to make it productive and non monotonous.

3. Please keep up your good effort there is a lack of good app for kids to learn the basics of Islam like starting with the alphabets.I think the animation and the games ideas are good.

4. Graphics is good but the music is too prominent to the sound of the kid pronouncing the alphabet it has to be nice crisp natural sound of a kid.

1. Fix Lil Muslim Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Lil Muslim: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Lil Muslim App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lil Muslim" » Open Lil Muslim - Arabic for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lil Muslim » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Lil Muslim - Arabic for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lil Muslim servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lil Muslim - Arabic for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Lil Muslim app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lil Muslim might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Lil Muslim. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lil Muslim then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lil Muslim not working

2. Fix Lil Muslim Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lil Muslim be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lil Muslim not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lil Muslim may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
