1. why my progress is not getting recorded?? FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP! Even the past lessons which are already marked as completed had suddenly turned grey getting marked as not yet completed.😞First they offer free course and certificate on completion but after completion of the course they ask you to pay money to unlock the certificate.

PS: I'm used the updated app.The app is great, the content is free and is on par with paid courses, people with negative review here are either too lazy to listen or just too judgemental, the app just have some bugs in some parts like progress and not able to access the reads sometimes, but it doesent affect your learning and the progress issues resolves itself after sometime, if the Devs could fix the unable to load reads issue it'll be great, The content is great, highly recommended guys.

But one thing that kills the perfection of the content is : 50% of the courses don't have a file support that helps you read and have the summary of the course, so you need to write down everything which is waste of time when you know that you're running after the deadline.I've extremely impressed with the content, delivery and visualizations used in these courses.

4. So, I started the ones that "were't completed" again & this caused the modules that WERE marked completed to be marked "NOT COMPLETED".Nothing wrong with repetition but I had completed each of them one after the other already.I did NOT fast forward through them.

1. Restart Simplilearn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simplilearn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simplilearn" » Open Simplilearn: Online Learning » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simplilearn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simplilearn: Online Learning app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simplilearn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simplilearn: Online Learning" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simplilearn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simplilearn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simplilearn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simplilearn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Simplilearn not working

2. Fix Simplilearn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simplilearn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Simplilearn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Simplilearn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
