1. No matter what I do! I have gone to the app settings and phone settings to disable and turn off notifications as well as disabling the app all together and yet EVERY TIME my phone is turned off or dies this app has taken over my lock screen again! I want to be able to uninstall it!! I did that several times it never stayed deactivated.
2. Qlink is a horrible service you're supposed to get unlimited data, but, they don't give you a hotspot and a hotspot on your phone does not work at all I have no clue why they're in the ACP program but I'm reporting them ASAP I feel like they're cheating the govNo need for app that's on your home page everytime you turn your phone on.
3. And I keep having to disable it every time I pick up my phone!!5/18/23 Problem fixed-Thank you.

I've even gone through the system apps to delete this permanently and there's no way to do it.I'd rather stay neutral at this time although this app has been downloaded for some time, it's just that when I download any recommendations that are advertised, my cell does not have enough storage to even allow text messages to be sent/received.
5. It keeps resetting itself.Is a horrible app it runs the battery out you can't disable it it never has the correct news it's always more like tabloids I don't need somebody else telling me that I need to keep up with the news.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix QLIXAR News Issues
1. Fix QLIXAR News Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart QLIXAR News: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the QLIXAR News App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QLIXAR News" » Open QLIXAR News » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QLIXAR News » click "UPDATE".
- Clear QLIXAR News app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QLIXAR News servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QLIXAR News" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check QLIXAR News app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QLIXAR News might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall QLIXAR News. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QLIXAR News then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QLIXAR News not working
2. Fix QLIXAR News Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QLIXAR News be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QLIXAR News not working. Make sure all VPNs are off

This came pre installed on my phone and it is horrible. It has more control than I do and no matter how I uninstall , force stop, etc.. it comes right back erases my wallpaper, wont let me answer calls, crashes etc.. I live in California and the ccpa says 7500$ fine and 4% of annual turnover if you do not comply with my request to delete any data of mine you have stored and any account I did not agree to.. I want your stupid bloatware off my phone. Y

It is illegal to pre-install an app that the owner of cell phone can NOT delete permanently. I want this off of my cell phone now. There is a $7500.00 fine not to remove it per the law. Remove this crap!!!🤬🤐😠🤬

Qliqar app came factor loaded on my phone and I don't want it and I can't get it to stop working I disable it I force stop it the next thing I'm gonna do is smash my phone if I can't get it removed cause smashing it will definitely remove it but I don't really wanna smash it. I want this fucking app deleted off my phone permanently. It runs my battery down and won't stay disabled. I know it's illegal to force someone to be stuck with your app. I also know it carries fines in excess of $7,500. It wouldn't surprise me if a good lawyer can't find other ordinances and laws you're braking. Just do us both a favor and get it off my phone.

I cannot delete Qlixar news from my android phone from Q link my carrier. Every time I delete it and take away permissions & turn my phone off & back on again it is there. My last phone I could turn it off completely. This new 5 G phone I can't get rid of it. Thank You
