2. The free trial didn't work, number was online but didn't show on the app Bought a package, still didn't work... They had to work some issues with whatapp out.

3. I waited for about 30 minutes but screen remained hanged.please fix asap.App has not been working since long and despite numerous messages via app, neither it is rectified nor any reply.

6. On posting message, a standard reply is give to contact via app which is never responded positively..The tracker shows incorrect data 8/10 times.

7. You'll pay for the service, it may work the 1st time but then it will keep crashing and then it will just not work and you'll not be notified.

8. Emailed them many times to be told over and over again it has been sorted when it hasn't.

9. A week went by they still didn't fix it.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix W-Family-Tracker Issues
