Its not my device's problem, its the game in fault.It's fun and it teaches you stuff I have a baby sister and it helps me sometimes and it's very fun that my little sister be wanting to play I have it5 stars it's very good and I love playing games like this it just helps my day gets better I hope y'all like it😁too cute! only one prople is... to much ads I want no ads not even once , sitll I love the game and even the babys.

I understand the need for the ads but seriously, after you choose how you want to care for the baby, you do one thing and then there's an ad!This app is good but there are some points I want to note, first of all:- this app I downloaded for my neese, the whole time she was playing the game she kept on complaning about the ads.

1. Fix My Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Ba" » Open My Baby Care Newborn Games » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Baby Care Newborn Games app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Baby Care Newborn Games" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Ba not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
