1. Other than that, it was easy to order and the service was fast.Nice app so far, no troubles yet! We have explored most all of the menu items and have been happy with so many sides to choose from compared to couple other big chicken places... hope they do decide to keep the Mac and cheese bowls because that Mac and cheese is better than the one they have as a side... not sure why but what they used in the bowl was creamier and seemed like better cheese.

2. It's easy to order online or for delivery, you earn rewards quickly, and if you don't order with the app you can easily scan your receipt to get your points (a basic feature that so many apps leave out).

3. It does give me all the menu options and the food is great.The ordering system is a little clunky compared to others I've used.

4. Don't get me started on the special app-only deals!Great app and great restaurant chain! A suggestion I'd recommend: add in the option to enter a gift card as a payment option.

5. Would still recommend this app if you frequent this restaurant!Streamlined experience with no-hassle, common sense rewards that are easy to redeem and accumulate quickly for frequent customers.

3. Clear Slim Chickens app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Slim Chickens servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Slim Chickens" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Slim Chickens app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Slim Chickens might not work.
