1. you scan the code and out comes the message "oops you need a minimum of $7 for check in to count"....they don't take tax into consideration so you're stuck with one whole cent to blame for never being able to get the free buffet 🙄It's broken as of the past week :/.

2. I've not been able to use this even Once since the update.only got it for the check in rewards program but an utter fail 😢 they send you coupon for free drink...of course you redeem which means it comes out to $6.99 plus tax.

4. To register your purchase in the MyCicis app, you do have to scan or enter the barcode from your receipt, and sometimes the receipt the clerk gives you doesn't have the barcode, maybe it was torn off too short.

5. The thing is my visit was last week and I have been trying to redeem that receipt once a day for the past 3 days.

6. So it could be more consistently easy...Used to work perfectly fine, but starting about two months ago, I've been having issues.

7. This app has been previously the best tool for ordering pizza from my favorite pizza place and keeping up with rewards.

8. You get solid coupons and every 6 visits where you buy a buffet and one other item (aka a drink) you get a free buffet reward.

9. You will earn your buffet counts that way.This app will NOT work with latest version of Android.

1. Fix MyCicis Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyCicis: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyCicis App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyCicis" » Open MyCicis » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyCicis » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyCicis app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyCicis servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyCicis" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyCicis app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyCicis might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyCicis. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyCicis then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyCicis not working

2. Fix MyCicis Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyCicis be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyCicis not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyCicis may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
