1. The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that I share the horoscopes with 2 friends of mine every morning: a screen-shot of our particular horoscopes for the day, and I would say 9 out of 10 times I can't resume reading the paper due to the spinning wheel of death.
2. Thank you to the developer for the bug fix.Been trying for over 3 hours to login on two different cell phones, a laptop and a tablet, all with the same result...not possible.
3. Increasingly disappointed in the Providence Journal...After multiple technical calls to Gannett, and various remedies to try (delete cookies and cache, reinstall, etc), we were told Android is not currently supported.
4. I have no idea why they changed.Update 7/31 - the classic e-edition works well but attempting to switch to the new e-edition won't load the paper.
5. (It brings me right back to the page I was viewing though, so I KNOW it's messing with me)The app is way better than trying to read the web edition, but it is poorly formatted.
6. It stops running periodically while trying to read the paper requiring the reader to reload.
7. Totally frustrating, total waste of time.Terrible! This app doesn't load properly, slow and glitchy.
8. Constantly freezes, can't access on my tablet Billed for multiple subscriptions, but can't get through to anyone to resolve it.
9. When it does allow you in it will disconnect 3 or 4 times before you finish viewing the edition.
10. Auto phone tells me to call back tomorrowPoor support for problems.
11. Newer editions show a blank page.Site sucks.
