1. How can I make it only shows one? (6.) I have "Cloudboom is running" in my notification all the time, how can I hide it? ThanksReally good app, live in a dodgy neighbourhood with dodgy things happening white a bit ..notifies you as soon as it detects someone..although would be good if it caught the video as they were walking past not just the tail end of the recording of them.

2. But on the iPhone/IOS you do not get notifications they have stopped coming through ever since the latest update, but with my Samsung phone with android 11 notifications come through and it all works great at the moment, just wanna inform you that the app on iOS needs updating.

3. If you need help with your app, I am willing to help out for a small fee.i have cloudboom app on Android and IOS, on Android it works GREAT BUT on IOS it dos not work as good as on Android.

4. what codec should I use? (11/05) I have few questions: (1.) How can I view the recorded videos from UI, I don't see any icon or menu to go to recorded video on the phone.

5. But that may be to do with the camera itself? Not sureWas a decent app until the latest version updated on my phone.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix cloudboom Issues

1. Fix cloudboom Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart cloudboom: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the cloudboom App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "cloudboom" » Open cloudboom » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for cloudboom » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear cloudboom app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from cloudboom servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "cloudboom" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check cloudboom app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, cloudboom might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall cloudboom. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall cloudboom then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing cloudboom not working


2. Fix cloudboom Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make cloudboom be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to cloudboom not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, cloudboom may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • My cloudboom app stopped sending notifications when my camera detects movement. I have the Voger1080P camera and the app is on my iPhone, IOS and my wife has an Android, both have stopped receiving notifications. The "In-App Alert Sound" is on in the app, Notifications from cloudboom are allowed on both phones. Any idea why this is happening? I have tried logging out of the app and back in but still nothing. Thanks
