Why should I report an Issue with BUD: Create, Design and Play?

1. other than that the game is fun.very cute and has lots of potential! character customization was great and had a lot of outfits and skin tones - i was even able to adjust my character to fit my style which is something not a lot of these games offer.

2. especially, its very laggy, I'm having a hard time to control the screen, for future updates, please fix bugs atleast and fix small details too.So far into this game and it's pretty good! The only issue that started a few minutes back was when I tried saving my avatar.

3. Anything you make can be used by anybody once published and vice versa! the app and all its features are totally free! The builder app is hard to navigate at first and there are some bugs, sometimes shapes corrupt and there is no way to delete them from your build, forcing you to start over from scratch, but with practice you can make really cute stuff!Wouldn't get addicted to it.

4. the world customization is also very limited, but these are all things that can be improved with timeAbsolutely amazing game! It's so darn cute and everything is free! I would give this game 5 stars but 3 issues: 1.

5. Overall it's a really awesome game!Love this game!! You can build anything with the builder program but you are limited to only a handful of shapes so you do have to get creative.

6. It wouldn't let me press done or save, it would just say "Operation unable to work" or something like that, and it would just be a bit annoying whenever I'm trying to make a new character, it works for a bit but then when I lag it changes my avatar back to the original one.

7. Maybe some more color in the beginning of the game would be better, like a futuristic vibe or forest, the desert is kinda depressing.

8. Also I dont know if I missed the tutorial or what but I feel really blind going into it.It's alright, it's cute, and the multi-player aspect doesn't really add anything.

9. The character avatar editing, friend making and entering in the maps are cool.

10. When you place a building and your trying to out stuff in it it's really hard to see because it shifts you in front of the walls at certain angles.

11. In short, if you want to just customize your avatar and play a few games this is a lovely app.

1. Fix BUD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BUD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BUD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BUD" » Open BUD: Create, Design and Play » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BUD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BUD: Create, Design and Play app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BUD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BUD: Create, Design and Play" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BUD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BUD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BUD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BUD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BUD not working

2. Fix BUD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BUD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BUD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BUD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
