Why should I report an Issue with Project Z: Chat・Design・Collect?

I'm not a big fan of meet though, it makes it feel like a dating site, and I do not feel comfortable with being dmed constantly, I have trouble trusting people and I'm not a big fan of this feature, I do miss some features that it doesn't have on amino; sending multiple images at once, ability to put words in font.This app seems pretty cool.

2. But 3-4 houra have already passed since I sent the messages.Project Z was quite a decent app, until they messed with it's core function, the RPG system, which allowed every user to create their own characters.

3. The set up is odd but charming and it's pretty good.Honestly, it seems to be better then amino however there are some things that can be added or fixed? Like, chat bubbles, frames, perhaps even a more full wiki where you can add more than one picture for your character as a role-player.

4. Keep up the good work.So far the app is doing well for a beta app, I personally really like the roleplaying features in chats with different roles, the custom statuses, and profile customization.

5. Plus they have a matching system to pair you with like minded people! That's pretty cool!It's good and runs well, but there are some ways it could improve.

6. This no use of rewarded coins thing was only added a couple updates ago but it is a horrible idea, fix it and go back to being able to freely use all rewarded coins as desired/needed.

8. So when I give up and use another platform, hours later I open up Project Z, the messages I tried to send finally send.

9. Overall it looks beautiful.I try to send messages, but Project Z just stops workin.

10. I have tried resettin the app— I even went so far as to reset my phone, but it doesn't work.

11. When I send a message, it just sits there and loads, and when I deleted the message to resend it.. it does it again.

1. Fix Project Z Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Project Z: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Project Z App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Project Z" » Open Project Z: Chat・Design・Collect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Project Z » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Project Z: Chat・Design・Collect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Project Z servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Project Z: Chat・Design・Collect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Project Z app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Project Z might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Project Z. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Project Z then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Project Z not working

2. Fix Project Z Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Project Z be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Project Z not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Project Z may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
