1. More templates with more quality.The application is good and beautiful but today I got a problem, when I'm trying to open the application it says: Server Error 500 What does it mean and what I need to do with this? Your application is not working now.

2. I haven't been able to use it for 2 weeks now!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make that 5 weeks now, still don't load!!!!!!The end result is very low in quality and I cannot post it on any social media platform!No enough options... I wanted to animate the words... Not the background.

3. OK I like this app because Because if I even search my name or any friend's name or anybody's name so It shows whatever I have searched i will get the GIF but I gave it 3 stars because it takes a lot of time to load!!! that's why I have to cancel the loading.

4. Other apps are workingCool but need more quality and cool backgrounds cause they are always the same 20 +- dunno are always appearing the same images templates.

1. Fix Cliphy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cliphy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cliphy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cliphy" » Open Cliphy - Animate text to create gifs or videos » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cliphy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cliphy - Animate text to create gifs or videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cliphy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cliphy - Animate text to create gifs or videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cliphy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cliphy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cliphy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cliphy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cliphy not working

2. Fix Cliphy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cliphy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cliphy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cliphy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
