Why should I report an Issue with Frenzie - Make Friends. Chat.?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Hily Corp. to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I will change my rating once you fix that 💯!App so glitchy sends most messages to the wrong people such as shows you their profile you send a message then it sends it to the next profile instead smh, constantly takes you back to profile building when you exit the app so when you come back in you have to build your profile again even if you did already.. app has a lot of potential but as it is right now is midFirst off let me just say if you dont want to spend money then dont even download this app, its like every other one out there.

I wouldnt suggest this app over any other on the app store.This app is a cool concept that has been done before and better it gives you a go back option to look at a profile you already passed up but you can only use it once unless you pay to ever use it again you can only send messages to certain accounts and unless you're paying a premium subscription it only shows you people from about 3000 miles awayAll of my messages have been sending to the wrong people, and the premium subscription that I paid for never activated.

3. I'll select to see people within 30 miles and there won't even be a single person in the same state as me! RidiculousPlease fix the issue where you try to message someone and it messages a completely different profile.

4. Sends messages to the wrong people every single time, and won't let me answer prompts for my profile.

5. It kept asking to allow it to display my location, and read where I was at, and I kept saying not now, but then when I checked my profile stuff, it said my location which really creeped me out.This app doesn't work.

6. First, a subscription is required to be able to filter profile results in any way, but even after getting the free trial the filter option doesn't work properly.

7. I'm wondering if this is a scam app?Everything was working fine on the app meet some really cool people I was keeping in touch with and all of a sudden I can't log in no more it keeps telling me something went wrong.

8. It really makes it hard to connect to people when it randomly choose who it want to send the first contact message to.

9. What is going in? I had to go back into my apps that I downloaded in the past to find it.I would give it a higher rating if it didn't display my location even though I never hit the allow button for it to do that.

10. The app works fine with little glitches, but maybe its just because i refuse to spend money, but you have 3 seconds to read someones bio and type out a message and if you dont it auto skips( rather annoying ).

1. Fix Frenzie Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Frenzie: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Frenzie App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Frenzie" » Open Frenzie - Make Friends. Chat. » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Frenzie » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Frenzie - Make Friends. Chat. app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Frenzie servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Frenzie - Make Friends. Chat." » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Frenzie app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Frenzie might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Frenzie. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Frenzie then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Frenzie not working

2. Fix Frenzie Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Frenzie be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Frenzie not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Frenzie may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
