1. Please add auto save option under settings or the option panel.the app is tricky to get a good scan regarding the color and crashes every time you attempt to use the editing toolsIs not this app and Kodak Mobile Film Scanner same including all features and version number.
2. This solution is simple and quick but the quality is not very good.Works as advertised, the scans seem to be good quality.
3. Crop is missing the 35 mm film native 3:2 / 2:3 preset as an option.Really impressed and simple to use.
4. Is that means Kodak has copied your app, coz' yours was released in 2016, while Kodak in 2019.Works well, easy to use.
5. My negatives are more than 30 years old but considering this the quality is much better than I expected and there are editing facilities.
6. The hardware is simple and the app is even simpler, lacking allmost all features.
7. I would welcome to be able to set some presets to make scanning a series of pictures faster.
8. Can't recommend itSolid, free negative photos processor.
9. There is limited adjustment so I can't even increase contrast enough for it to be usable.
10. I bought the PictoScanner hardware and used it together with this app.
11. NB I am not a professional."Scan" is all washed out.
The first issue was that the glue holding the upper and lower part together had let go. This was actually a temporary blessing, as it was impossible to get the negative in the smartphone's field of view. Only by placing the upper part way back was I able to get the field of view somewhere near the intended position. My smartphone is Google Pixel XL (1st generation). It is quite large, is that the problem, that Pictoscanner is not aimed at this size of smartphones?
