1. When paired with a Philips Lumify transducer and used by a trained medical professional, the Philips Lumify mobile app turns a smart device into a mobile ultrasound solution.
2. The Lumify mobile app is intended to be used only by trained clinicians and operates as an ultrasound device only when paired with the Philips Lumify transducer.
3. There are currently three Lumify transducers that work with the Lumify mobile app: the S4-1 sector or phased array, the L12-4 linear array, and the C5-2 curved array transducers.
4. The Lumify mobile app supports only smart devices that have been qualified by Philips.
5. The Lumify solution is designed to make ultrasound mobile and accessible when you need it.
6. NEW: Lumify now features Guided B-lines Quantification feature for high-quality, reliable insights in lung ultrasound.
7. For more information, or for a list of qualified smart devices, please contact your Philips sales representative.
8. Call Lumify USA sales at 844-695-8643 for more information.
9. Lumify is also now available on iOS.
10. Patient details in displayed example screenshots are fictional to illustrate app functionality.

1. Thank you.Works perfect with samsung s9 plus in INDIA... but when I bought the new Samsung galaxy s8 ultra tab I couldn't connect.. error shows usb cable keeps disconnected.. please update the software so that we can use the probe for new devices which will be helpful...No support for z fold 2 despite several conversations with tech support.
2. Basically this app is only updated every two years so it won't work on it anything other than a handful of devices.App only functions after fresh install and probe registration.
3. By comparison their competitors have been adding new functionality and automated image processing quite frequently.I am having trouble when I start the app and the USB port keeps connecting and disconnecting over and over.
4. Other portable systems (such as Butterfly IQ, GE Vscan extend) offer this and other features, despite the Lumify providing far superior image quality.
5. However to get it work on my Galaxy Fold2 or Note8 I need to uninstall the app, then reinstall then re register the probe then restart the phone.
6. No useful support from Philips.Great product - I have the linear probe.
7. For example, the echo software for lumify does not enable measurement of ejection fraction.
8. I provided feedback to Philips Aus 2 years ago, and there have been no additions to their software.
9. It is very disappointing that Philips have not kept up with the software of their competitors.
10. Somewhat let down by limited exam sharing options and seemingly abandoned app updates (last update October 2018).
11. But for the money for the transducer I am a little frustrated and would be hard to recommend for enterprise wide purchase at my hospital.App itself is intuitive and easy to use.
