Very disappointed and I realized my mistake of having taken annual subscription thinking that you guys will have equally good list of movies like Prime.There is no movie to check the streaming quality, at least one or 2 movies needs to be available for free, no one will subscribe directly without watching things in a trial version, or few movies or TV series for free.

2. It was informed that second phase will launch on 15th Aug, but no update, its just a waste of money.There is no good movie, some movies are available in you tube for free, no full screen option.

3. And one idea is to get movies on demand option, where the movie is not available in any platforms but user ready to pat some amount to watch a specific movie.

I have airtel xtreme digital tv, but Namma flix is not showing in app section can u look into it please, or let me know how to download the app in any other way in my TV?A good try, however, it would be better if this is available not only on mobiles but also on Android boxes and Amazon Fire Stick.

1. Fix Namma Flix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Namma Flix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Namma Flix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Namma Flix" » Open Namma Flix - Kannada OTT » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Namma Flix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Namma Flix - Kannada OTT app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Namma Flix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Namma Flix - Kannada OTT" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Namma Flix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Namma Flix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Namma Flix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Namma Flix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Namma Flix not working

2. Fix Namma Flix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Namma Flix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Namma Flix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Namma Flix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
