1. Otherwise, I love the convenience of renting movies by mail and this app makes it pretty to convenient to see what's coming next and search for titles to addUsed to be helpful to change the order of the queue, but with the update you can't enter numbers anymore and who wants to drag every single disc to a different location? It doesn't even ask if you want to bring the whole season, you have to physically drag every disc.
2. I love it! In the "search" you can look for a movie, it gives you information about the movie, its format (if it's DVD or Blu-ray), the characters, rating of the movie given by other members, you can add it to your queue of movies with just one click of a button, and asks you if you want it sent to the top of your queue of movies.
3. No more!! I'm going back to Red boxGot the DVD plan for movies that aren't on Netflix or are hard to find in general, and for movie nights at other people's houses.
4. The selection is really good if you like older movies but I've never seen the Netflix originals available here, which would be niceI just unsubscribed.
5. You assume I'm using a phone by your response, so must rely on the devices to page back, not the app! Again extremely frustrating, instead of fixing this, blame it on the user like you always do.
6. Must start over 'every time' you select a movie to research an actor or genre.
7. Second, if I'm looking at a DVD's page it would be nice if I could set it's position in the queue without having to try to find it in the queue.
8. Wish it would say if the movie's already on Netflix streaming.
9. First, there ought to be some way to see what DVDs in the queue are also available via streaming.
10. Start over, really? And who says I was using my phone? My iPad doesn't have a page back feature.
11. I just log on the website now, because the app is essentially worthless for anything except checking status. This app is the perfect movie library assistant.
