1. What's the point of cameras when they've been out of service a whole month? Update: Three weeks later and still no update to the app for Android 10 compatibility.I really like the new app, but the home screen never shows an up-to-date picture of what is on camera, and only rarely refreshes, even after tapping the camera to view the live feed.

2. I haven't been able to view recordings or live feed for a month or so.

3. The issue I have with this product is that it's not reliable, their is issues with connectivity and a delay with notification and accessing the live feed.

4. When pulling up the live feed I can hear whats going on with a lot of other background noise (white noise is what its called I think).

5. The app keeps crashing and won't let me go back and view previous motion recordings from the night.

6. No matter how I set up the cameras and adjust the settings it records every freaking car that drives by my house, so every minute it's taking a video.

7. I've contacted support and followed their directions but if I can't get it to work the way I need it to, it's going back.I bought this because someone keeps vandalizing my car overnight.

8. It would also be really nice to be able to trigger a recording without getting an Android notification every time.

9. Need to be able to adjust what you want to record in the triggers.

10. Love the clear video from the live footage and recorded footage.

11. I have even installed an sd card in the camera app needs more tweaking and to be able to do more with the software.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Momentum Issues

1. Fix Momentum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Momentum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Momentum App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Momentum" » Open Momentum » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Momentum » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Momentum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Momentum servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Momentum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Momentum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Momentum might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Momentum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Momentum then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Momentum not working


2. Fix Momentum Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Momentum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Momentum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Momentum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

i tried to cancel my yearly sususcribion several times ive changed my email adress from stevepmurphy@redacted to stevepmurphy84@redacted .thr cameras are not in use for a few years and i am billed for something i dont use .its costing me a lot of money so please cancel it asap please.i dont know what more information you need to do this . unhappy .patrick murphy

I get charged 9.99 every month on the 8th. I have tryed to cancelled and get told there is no email. the email we had was mikajeff12@redacted. please cancal this
