1. The only good thing you could say about it (which is actually more of a curse than a blessing), is the fact that since they apparently have low fees compared to other solutions (solutions which I have not had problems with), restaurants seem to choose this over others, and just this, giving clients no other option.IT REALLY NEED LOTS OF WORK!!!! The interface experience is okay for the most part and at the same time easy to navigate, but the problem come in when dealing with payment methods.

Uber eats is the best.The service is good, but the app is buggy and slow, the search bar is dummy and gets replaced by another screen in a super slow transition, you are not able to place orders to 2 restaurants at onceSometimes you get good stuff and nice promotions, but when you have a problem with an order they don't help at all, and making the report is almost impossible.
3. Lately, extra charges have been place (service charge, platform support charges, etc) which makes less attractive to use it.The app is terrible.. it was a good alternative when no other platform to order food existed.

I'm writing this review because I happned to get a cold pizza with an absurdly high delivery cost, because I assumed I was ordering from literally a 2 block distance from my house but instead it was from the other side of the cityCustomer service needs to be improved since you are now charging an app maintenance fee.
5. You'll be stuck for an hour in this app trying to make an order, only to be sent back to the home menu because "something went wrong", what's wrong is every time you press a button in this app, it runs slower and slower until grinding to a halt.Terrible user experience.
6. When the restaurant doesn't deliver what was ordered or the delivery person spills the food, you don't even acknowledge that we loose money and interest in your app.
7. It's good to know that I can order from three cell phone providers at any time though.
8. It's been said that these people turn off their internet connection (so they don't appear on map/chat) and steal the orders, hence it never arriving as mentioned earlier.
9. In cases like this, they don't seem to consult with the deliverers when you contact Customer Support, it's always the "Here is a coupon!" strategy.
10. Too many problems with orders, such as incorrect orders, missing items or just outright not arriving (yet marked as "delivered" on the app).
11. I definitely recommend using UberEats as they have great service.Service is fine, but the app itself is trash.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix PedidosYa Issues
1. Fix PedidosYa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart PedidosYa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the PedidosYa App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PedidosYa" » Open PedidosYa - Delivery Online » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PedidosYa » click "UPDATE".
- Clear PedidosYa - Delivery Online app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PedidosYa servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PedidosYa - Delivery Online" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check PedidosYa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PedidosYa might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall PedidosYa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PedidosYa then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PedidosYa not working
2. Fix PedidosYa Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PedidosYa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PedidosYa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PedidosYa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Buenos días , estoy contactando porque necesito ayuda quiero enviar un mercado a mi hermana pero el banco me rechaza la transferencia porque ustedes tienen en la app que me cobren en dollars la cuenta hace 6250 pesos dominicanos y cuando pongo la tarjeta me quieren sacar 6250 dollares cuando es pesos que serían 108 dollars alguien puede asistir ?
