1. MUY DESHONESTOS.Sometimes the map gets confused and crazy and almost every time I open the app I need to introduce the same personal information, it must be a bug or something else you need to ckeck out.70% of orders are cancelled after waiting 30 45 mins.
2. The delivery guys are rude and patronizing, when you complain about the awful service they tell you they will compensate but they NEVER do! Bottomline, use UberEats or the restaurant delivery service.
3. They cancel orders all the time without telling you why, and the app doesn't notify you that your order was cancelled.
4. Definitely will not be my go-to option for food.There's no option to cancel an order, I've been waiting for an hour and my order isn't even ready for pickup.
5. 1 upset customer will tell everyone about how bad you are and in these days of social media it goes fast.If you use it through Google it's fine but once you try to utilize the app, it sucks, it doesn't recognize the location.
6. I advise everyone else to do the same.*BEWARE* The developer erase negative reviews to service inside the app (so the grading system is a joke).
