I was able to sign up without one but my account won't stay open for some reason I'm assuming because I don't have a card attached to it either way I really need them to improve this I want my points.Registration went well, but I gave it four stars because the app would not allow easy access regarding entering my birthrate; I was born in 1962, so I had to scroll from 2021 back to 1962.

2. What a shame that your programmers can't make it work! This time I get an "Invalid_Grant" error message and crash.Unable to register as the registration process does not let you 'next' past the screen to enter your existing loyalty card (if you have one, I don't!)Unable to sign up for an account.

3. You have to scroll through eons to get to your birthday, it wont let you register by card# because it says the card is already registered and it wont let you use lower case letters for your password.

4. So if you already have an account with a password that isn't all caps you can't log in.Great bartenders Tyler and Sierra!!!! Food super slow out of kitchen.

6. You cannot press the "NEXT" button to skip the "Existing Tex Mex Card" section if you don't have one.This app is difficult.

7. In addition, Gringos in Pearland, Texas was not listed for my favorite location.This app is constantly broken with one error message after another.

8. Get food out faster please!!!!! Over 30 minutes to get to us.Fast and easy to get rewards each time.. the food is always great.

9. Dumb!App will only allow you to sign in using capital letters.

10. I frequent Jimmy changas love their food but the app just never works.

1. Fix Tex-Mex Insider Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Tex-Mex Insider: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Tex-Mex Insider App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Tex-Mex Insider" » Open Tex-Mex Insider » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Tex-Mex Insider » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Tex-Mex Insider app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Tex-Mex Insider servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Tex-Mex Insider" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Tex-Mex Insider app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Tex-Mex Insider might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Tex-Mex Insider. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Tex-Mex Insider then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Tex-Mex Insider not working

2. Fix Tex-Mex Insider Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Tex-Mex Insider be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Tex-Mex Insider not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Tex-Mex Insider may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
