1. The app should not allow me to order for delivery if the store is not delivering!Very good food and customers are taken care of fast.Its also no where near as expensive as others and you get a good amount of food for the price.app not working.

2. Based on the reviews it seems like many are having the same issues.It's OK, but it's a guessing game in trying to find which CalTors are open, and if you're ordering delivery: it's a guessing game trying to find which CalTors deliver to you.

3. Often won't take gift cards, and when a gift card does go through, it is not show on the order.

4. Don't understand how someone could develop something so lacking in this age of technology.We LOVE caltort and used to use the ap to order dinner & pick it up on the way home from work.

5. You can't order with it, you can't find stores with it, and you can't see favorites or a transaction history with it.

6. If you split between a gift card and a credit card, you have wait until you see the printed receipt to discover if it actually credited the gift card or put all on your credit card.

7. The order went through fine (I think), but it was scary and shows that this app isn't very sound, structurally.

8. We cannot see order history or anything besides elito bucks & locations.

9. almost every time I order, i have to call the store.

10. Store says they do not deliver yet they took my payment, including tip, and marked it delivered! I am still waiting to hear back from manager.

1. Fix Cali Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cali: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cali App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cali" » Open California Tortilla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cali » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear California Tortilla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cali servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "California Tortilla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cali app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cali might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cali. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cali then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cali not working

2. Fix Cali Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cali be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cali not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cali may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
