1. Thank a lot for such a useful productLOVE THIS APP! You will not be disappointed, great resources, tips, tricks and tools for "dog training beginners" and advanced! I have downloaded many "Dog Training" apps, and this is by far my favorite!Great app I've been using it for only two weeks.

5. Before this app my dog could only sit when I made a specific gesture and paw, now he can sit with a gesture or verbal command, lie down, he can put on a leash (witch he hated before) and is all round much more well behaved.Great tips and advice.

1. Fix Pawsitive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pawsitive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pawsitive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pawsitive" » Open Pawsitive - Dog Training App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pawsitive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pawsitive - Dog Training App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pawsitive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pawsitive - Dog Training App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pawsitive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pawsitive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pawsitive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pawsitive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pawsitive not working

2. Fix Pawsitive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pawsitive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pawsitive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pawsitive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
