1. Avoid the Town Center when you have to pay to park.Love the App, Super Easy ... BUT wish it was open-ended time without having to worry about forgetting to extend before getting a parking ticket.They should prorate parking time and give you the full time you pay for.

2. I guess that's gubmint for ya!Garbage app crashed several times trying to pay and later hijacked my phone while I was driving home to tell me that I was almost out of parking time.Good app in general but highway robbery that we have to pay in 1 hour increments.

3. Never going back to Reston Town Center until they remove this app.Horrible interface takes too much time and effort with insufficient instructions and a bad validation system.

4. My wife and I were excited to try but we couldn't due to this confusing app.Amazing and easy to use everytime.Some random car from out of state I have no affiliation with was listed on my vehicles on the app.

5. It will let you pay for 4 hour parking even though sign says 2 hour max.

6. Call the phone number on the sign and computer answers and says to go to the web site.

7. Oh, and Boston Properties sucks.One parking app for one shopping center.

8. Sorry 'The Counter' maybe another location some other time.

1. Fix ParkRTC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ParkRTC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ParkRTC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ParkRTC" » Open ParkRTC » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ParkRTC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ParkRTC app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ParkRTC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ParkRTC" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ParkRTC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ParkRTC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ParkRTC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ParkRTC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ParkRTC not working

2. Fix ParkRTC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ParkRTC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ParkRTC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ParkRTC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
