1. Should have a notification and reminder- better yet, a text messaging system or something of the sortI like the ability to talk to the teachers and be notified about assignments... mainly the communication factor... the one thing that is real frustrating to me is that I have lost my sign in... The app doesn't do a good job of recovering it so once you're blocked out just blocked for good it is real frustrating.its so much more of a headache than helpful...As a companion app it functions, but is limited to texts with teachers, which could be accomplished through many other polished apps.

2. The kids need to be in school! Face to Face! All it does is tell me that the system is down and then gives false information that it is back up when the system is still clearly not working......It crashes very frequently which cause my kids to miss classes.

3. I will be sending this info to the developers, and I do NOT recommend installing until these issues are fixed.I like it to receive information of the different schools that my kids are in.

1. Fix CTLS Parent Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CTLS Parent: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CTLS Parent App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CTLS Parent" » Open CTLS Parent » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CTLS Parent » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CTLS Parent app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CTLS Parent servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CTLS Parent" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CTLS Parent app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CTLS Parent might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CTLS Parent. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CTLS Parent then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CTLS Parent not working

2. Fix CTLS Parent Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CTLS Parent be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CTLS Parent not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CTLS Parent may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
