Why should I report an Issue with AuroraCast - Aurora & Northern?

1. App is only useful for current conditions.I am sure it is a great app when it works but I didnt get to see it.. I purchased the full app to use locations but now the app will not even open without crashing.

2. Edit: bugs fixed, extra 2 stars.If location services are optional, then let them be optional.

3. keep up the good work.The new charts look great...except they are a month old for the 7 Day and 27 Day.

8. This app definitely didn't work for me but maybe it will for you.The information is always out of date and the live map never worked once.

9. They were dancing in green and red viewable by camera and in greens seen with the naked eye right above my hotel room and not once did this app alert me.

1. Fix AuroraCast Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AuroraCast: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AuroraCast App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AuroraCast" » Open AuroraCast - Aurora & Northern » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AuroraCast » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AuroraCast - Aurora & Northern app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AuroraCast servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AuroraCast - Aurora & Northern" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AuroraCast app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AuroraCast might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AuroraCast. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AuroraCast then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AuroraCast not working

2. Fix AuroraCast Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AuroraCast be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AuroraCast not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AuroraCast may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
