1. It seems that the locations are sorted by distance; you can't call it Best Locations and not have the option to sort by probability from highest to lowest.I had the most incredible experience 4/23/23!! I saw the Northern Lights southeast of the twin cities.

2. The clouds were coming in, but we got to watch for about 20-30 minutes, and the clouds cover came in.I missed the last sittings of the lights last month, so I joined this in order to get notifications.

1. Restart My Aurora Forecast & Alerts: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Aurora Forecast & Alerts App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Aurora Forecast & Alerts" » Open My Aurora Forecast & Alerts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Aurora Forecast & Alerts » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Aurora Forecast & Alerts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Aurora Forecast & Alerts servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Aurora Forecast & Alerts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Aurora Forecast & Alerts app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Aurora Forecast & Alerts might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Aurora Forecast & Alerts. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Aurora Forecast & Alerts then reinstall.
