Why should I report an Issue with Clime: NOAA Weather Radar Live?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Apalon Apps to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Good information on the app.I like this app, but when you have severe weather and want to see the map, ads pop up and you are stuck watching them and cannot exit out of them without watching the full thing.

2. They have those super intrusive ads that prevent you from doing what you are trying to do (see weather), most of the features are blocked until you pay the monthly subscription, and they constantly badger you to upgrade through push notifications that are persistent in your notification bar.

3. Uninstalling and canceled my subscription.This might be a good app, but I'm not spending $20 a year or $4.99 a month.

4. I found a very similar app that allows removal of ad with a very affordable one-time purchase, instead of a subscription.*Update: Original review was a year ago...still having totally inaccurate forecasting.

5. I can't find any way to navigate my account to manage subscriptions, to either change to a year subscription or cancel.

1. Fix Clime Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clime: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clime App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clime" » Open Clime: NOAA Weather Radar Live » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clime » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clime: NOAA Weather Radar Live app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clime servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clime: NOAA Weather Radar Live" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clime app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clime might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clime. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clime then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clime not working

2. Fix Clime Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clime be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clime not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clime may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
