Why should I report an Issue with AccuWeather: Weather Radar?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of AccuWeather to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Also I loved this app because of how accurate it is... Well it hasn't been lately, but I'll let that slide for now... Unless you can fix your weather tracking.Wow, what the !*#! happened to the user interface? I was between phones for about a week and you appear to have pushed an update to the interface design during that time and this new version is really, really bad, like "I fear I'll have to stop using this app" bad.

2. ☹️Why does the application keep changing so drastically? Latest update made it so that you have to manually start the application every time you restart your phone to get the notification bar to show the temperature.

3. If the free app doesn't work what makes you think I would pay for a subscription that won't give a refund?It's so annoying when you're rushing in the morning and want to see the weather but the app lags because it's trying to load an ad that'll interrupt.

5. Even after repeating several time "its NOT a wrong location it's a "can't determine location."Caught in the rain again when there's "No precipitation for at least 60 mins" and none in the forecast for hours.

6. As I love the design and its fairly accurate - I mean its weather.

7. Especially the "rain will start in xx minutes" forcast and the weather severity graphs.

8. Worse is it doesn't update or anything ever since they started to push their paid subscription more.

9. Weather Channel app has less ad popups, and it opens immediately, but not as accurate.

10. Either the location or the brand logo could be moved up over the temp in order occupy one line on the homescreen instead of two.

11. ARGGGAH ! I tried to get help from the app and that was a huge waste of time.

1. Fix AccuWeather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AccuWeather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AccuWeather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AccuWeather" » Open AccuWeather: Weather Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AccuWeather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AccuWeather: Weather Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AccuWeather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AccuWeather: Weather Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AccuWeather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AccuWeather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AccuWeather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AccuWeather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AccuWeather not working

2. Fix AccuWeather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AccuWeather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AccuWeather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AccuWeather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
