11. The short term forecasts are up to +6 hours, while the long term forecasts are up to 3 days ahead in time.

1. No error message is shown so I cannot provide more details.I like the display - but the app seems determined that there is no Internet connection (there is, and all other apps are working) and is unable to update...5stars; Very thorough; take some time to explore its many features.

2. A nice option would be to set up an alert when a storm is forecast (or is that function already there and I missed it?)Used to work great but now it crashes when I open it.

3. I look forward to seeing if the aurora visibility indication is accurate! Cool app.Amazing and very informative This app is very easy to use, especially for answering the question, "could I have seen the aurora last night?".

4. Even has a star chart feature, and let's the user move backward and forward in time about a day.Great app, though a lot of options/functions to figure out.

1. Fix Aurora Forecast 3D Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Aurora Forecast 3D: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Aurora Forecast 3D App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Aurora Forecast 3D" » Open Aurora Forecast 3D » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Aurora Forecast 3D » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Aurora Forecast 3D app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Aurora Forecast 3D servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Aurora Forecast 3D" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Aurora Forecast 3D app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Aurora Forecast 3D might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Aurora Forecast 3D. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Aurora Forecast 3D then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Aurora Forecast 3D not working

2. Fix Aurora Forecast 3D Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Aurora Forecast 3D be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Aurora Forecast 3D not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Aurora Forecast 3D may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
