1. I'm sorry, but I will no longer be shopping with Kwik Chek.Frustrated! Before TXB everything was great! I've had my card for years....YEARS! Trying to add it in the app... 1 - not user friendly in the least 2 - literally every loyalty id I tried was taken? 3 - all CS numbers listed are BS 4 - points do not accrue like they used too Don't send an email either...no response! Back to GAS BUDDY for fuel savings!!This update is a horrible.

2. Thank you, Sara Celeste, Tx.So tired of calling to get help signing on because it won't recognize the new one I just changed YESTERDAY!!! Signed on once yesterday, but today it doesn't know me again! Having to go inside before pumping is a pain, plus then having to get a receipt inside becauze the printef outside doesn't work AGAIN! All this is at store on Williams in Georgdtown, Tx.

I cannot register my card, and I'm incredibly frustrated right now.I had an account it was working fine then randomly I go to use my rewards and it says invalid account so they deleted my whole account without my consent 😤 now when I try with a new account the app just says connection to server problem.

4. They will substitute a free coffee for a fountain drink, as I am not a coffee drinker.Great job, great 👍 employees, they are on my prayers 🙏 list!!!I initially signed up as a member for the awesome rewards that were being offered, but I have lost all incentive to continue to participate.

5. And now, nearly all of the deals that I have been trying to utilize for the products that you do still have, have been discontinued.

1. Fix TXB Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TXB Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TXB Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TXB Rewards" » Open TXB Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TXB Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TXB Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TXB Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TXB Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TXB Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TXB Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TXB Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TXB Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TXB Rewards not working

2. Fix TXB Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TXB Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TXB Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TXB Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
