1. been trying to get it to work for over a month now....This app keeps deleting the saved favorite channels list all the times and crashes frequently.I can't download anymore from Google play store (please users don't delete this app you can't download it again 😔Won't let me view the trailer for a new movie on YouTube.

2. Doesn't work on Google TvDoesnt download, keep getting error message when its time to install, something is wrong with the appThe version 3.5.3 do not works.

3. For improvement: Need have button on screen for live channel list and change channels as on tablets and TV Box its not possible to change channels or scroll through channel list.

4. For futer user, if you still see verion 3.5.3, do not install - one star is already too much that this version deserve and technical / feedback support is missing so use anoter appwont let me open the app on my tablet even after redownloading.

5. EPG time for current program not accurate, need to recheck how properly set for different countries correctly.Has some lags at occasions but has a lot of channels incldg malayalam.

6. The previous app was linked to YouTube.It is not working on my Tab S7+ ... however it is working on Phone and my andrio box...Not opening on nvidia shield tv.

7. Also movies and series with 5.1 surround sound are not able to play sounds in TV Box.

1. Fix Ott Platinum Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ott Platinum: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ott Platinum App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ott Platinum" » Open Ott Platinum » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ott Platinum » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ott Platinum app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ott Platinum servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ott Platinum" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ott Platinum app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ott Platinum might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ott Platinum. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ott Platinum then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ott Platinum not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ott Platinum be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ott Platinum not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ott Platinum may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
