Why should I report an Issue with Animega - Anime Social Network?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Animega to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. not a good social media unfortunately.Plz, improve ur apps network system,it consumes to much data,takes too much time to load posts even if my , network speed is 125kbps,i used other otaku apps too but this one is tooooo slow,i mean add atleast one ferture which can be good for us,make ur app fast or reduce data consumption,this is annoying, chat works toooo slow,i m not saying this app is bad,but tooooooo slow,edit*what's wrong with this app can't even load comments, pathetic,if it's a server problem then fix it,i m frm indiaThe concept of app is great and all, but the app crashes and all.

2. Other complaints I just think this is worst for "teen".I like it and I met nice people but when I try to log in it is so slow.

3. However, now I cant see my posts, other people's post, my messages, and other people's profiles.

4. the people on the discord server related to the app named.. "animazing" was terrible.

5. only for the sole fact that the discord, supposed to be related to the app, is very toxic, weird, an not a fun social aspect to it.

6. Every time that I try to open it, it gets stuck on the orange screen with the logo on it.

7. not on the functions or the interface.. the pwople wjo run the server or more or less not cool, very lame, extremely strict with rules and very 'tyrant' - like.

8. I tried signing up again and it's telling me that my email has been used to open another account.

9. There is no way to sort recent posts, it looks very bad, there are spelling errors, and no way to view online users.

10. You can load the chat up but some messages disappear.

11. Like, not even searching for anything close to that; the first time I opened the app I was bombarded by these images.

1. Fix Animega Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Animega: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Animega App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Animega" » Open Animega - Anime Social Network » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Animega » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Animega - Anime Social Network app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Animega servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Animega - Anime Social Network" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Animega app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Animega might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Animega. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Animega then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Animega not working

2. Fix Animega Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Animega be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Animega not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Animega may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
