1. My main complaint is during recording phase of pronunciation exercises, the microphone fails to record user pronunciation and obviously the test fails and you need to retry, it is such a waste of time.The app stops to work many times, sometimes i subscribe in live classes but it's not possible to get in, and I can't advance in the course if I don't do the live classes.
2. Please fix the mobile version as soon as possible !!! (Note: Uninstalling and re-installing the app doesn't solve any problems.)The new app version does not work properly, audio did not load or play option did not appeared, and even the app got stucked in some lessons.
3. 2/5/23 - The app continues horrible, its impossible to make the exercises because the audio does not load!!! I do not recommend this app for anyone.Open English works well on computers.
4. On the other side, the course, the content and live classes are excellent but you need to improve the app more.In my opinion, it is a great way to learn english.

9. I wouldn't get this app it's a scam!There are still some problems with the exercise to order words, besides there is a beep that sounds after every correct exercise, it is quite annoying hear it at every moment.
10. It is too slow and audio play buttons in the units usually don't work.
11. Not to mention how some tests are configured, the right answer is always in the same place, you can answer it correctly even without reading the question, so bad for an educational app.

Llamé al servicio de atención al cliente de Open English el 10/03/23 para cancelar mi suscripción. Me registré en Open English el 9/3/23. El representante de servicio al cliente era imposible de tratar. Le dije que quería cancelar mi suscripción, pero siguió insistiendo en que debería reconsiderarlo y me ofreció descuentos. Le dije que simplemente quería cancelarla al menos ocho o nueve veces. Le pregunté por qué sigue insistiendo. Ella seguía diciéndome que solo quería ayudarme. Le dije que me puede ayudar cancelando, ¡pero a ella no le importó lo que yo quería! ¡El peor servicio al cliente que he visto! ¡Absolutamente horrible!

I called Open English Customer service, on 3/10/23 to cancel my subscription. I signed up with Open English on 3/9/23. The customer service rep was impossible to deal with. I told her that I want to cancel my subscription, but she kept insisting that I should reconsider and she offered me discounts. I told her that I simply wanted to cancel her at least eight or nine times. I asked her why does she keep on insisting. She kept telling me she just wanted to help me. I told her that she can help me by cancelling, but she didn't care what I wanted! The very worst customer service I have ever seen!! Absolutely Horrible!
I enrolled in Open English yesterday 03/09/23. My account number is OE-S02630469. I want to cancel my subscription and get a refund. thank you
